Manicure
15 minutes - A mini file & shape followed by a colour of your choice
30 minutes -Your nails are shaped, your cuticles are cared for and your hands are massaged. All finished off with a colour of your choice (including French)
45 minutes - The same as 30 mins but including a gorgeous treat of heated mittens & exfoliation
Back & Shoulder Massage
15 minutes - A mini massage to release tension from the area
30 minutes - A gorgeous half hour of massage to soothe and release any areas of tension. Specially blended aromatherapy oils are used to complete the indulgence
Pedicure
15 minutes - Mini nail shape followed by a colour of your choice
30 minutes - Feet are exfoliated, a foot masque applied followed by a luxurious massage to either energise or calm, leaving the feet smooth and soft. Cuticles and hard skin are treated, nails are filed followed by a colour of your choice
45 minutes - The 30 min Zen Spa Pedicure including heated booties to soothe and relax for the ultimate pamper
Full Body Massage
45 minutes - A soothing massage including arms and legs. You will then turn over and have a wondeful calf and hamstring massage followed by neck, back & shoulders*
60 minutes - As above including face & head massage and more luxurious strokes for those areas that really need it, such as back & shoulders*
