The Holmes Barn self catering accommodation can easily sleep 16 guests in our newly developed and completely refurbished barn.

Your stay with us includes all bedding which is freshly laundered and duvets. The barn is centrally heated throughout with fully controllable constant heating and piping hot water.

The kitchen is fully equipped with crockery and cutlery. There is a free standing all electric range style cooker, fridge, freezer, microwave oven and dishwasher a little powder will be available

There is a separate drying room and games table complete with washing machine, and extra fridge/freezer space.

In the dining area there is a large rustic farmhouse table which uses two extension leaves to extend to easily seat 20/30 people

There are many opportunities for eating out and buying provisions within a short car drive or to make your stay with us even easier order from Tesco and have it delivered straight to either the Barn or House for the day of your arrival.

The Holmes Barn can be hired with Hulmes Vale House to give sleeping for over 30 guests
